As a kid me too had the same unsettling puzzle...but the answer is *the fly has very less mass so that the air (even though it's A/C Bus) inside the bus causes a drag force on the fly. That's why the fly gets carried through the air drag inside the bus* Anyway thanks for watching visaipalagai ;)

Fly is less mass . So here mass is comparing to bus mass hope so. So if any big empty space (mass is huge) can human can travel same speed?.
