I have a question about ALDI recruitment. My friend initially applied to a new store (store 1) but got rejected. He later applied to a different store (store 2), cleared the phone interview, but didn’t pass the group interview. Now, he applied again to store 1, and they emailed saying his application won’t progress because he didn’t complete a phone interview. This is confusing since he completed all required steps (success and rejection emails are all there). Do you think he should contact ALDI for clarification or just move on and look for other jobs? Any advice would be helpful!”
Depends if he has experience in stocking I do but not cash register never had to use one and I have a group interview on the 17 pretty nervous about it
