Traveling with the Bodhisattvas: On the Road with Geshe Tsewang & Ngari Monks with Bradley Yeargain

- Join us for an talk by sangha member Bradley Yeargain as he shares his reflections on his time volunteering as a driver for Geshe Tsewang and fellow monks from the Ngari Institute. During their California tour, the monks shared their rich culture and the message of healing through the creation of sacred sand mandalas.
Bradley speaks about his experience of supporting the tour, which was an exchange of friendship, interconnection, and love. He discovered that his role extended far beyond driving, and the experience continues to resonate with him deeply.
Lion's Roar Dharma Center at Do Nga Dargey Temple in Sacramento, California, is a Tibetan Buddhist Temple within the Gelugpa Lineage. Lama Yeshe Jinpa is the spiritual director and resident teacher of Lion’s Roar Dharma Center, which he co-founded with Geshe Losang Gyatso in 1992. In 1995, Lama Jinpa received direct heart/mind transmission from Geshe Gyatso after 25 years of Dharma practice and study. He is one of the few western lamas thus far recognized within the Gelugpa lineage of Tibetan or Vajrayana Buddhism, the lineage of His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
