It's crazy their label let this song flop on Billboard Hot 100 & R&B charts it had 4X platinum potential written all over it
Radio had taken a turn for the worst at that point! R&B had been regulated to hook status only! Quite a few artists and songs were overlooked!!
The album went 3× and B2M said that, that was a flop. They were used to going 5x plus. You're right, this single alone could've went 4+ and made the album sell more...

OMG I love Boyz II Men so much! I saw them in concert back in the day and they sound just as good if not better live. There has never been a Boyz II Men song that I did not like. While their initial formation is separated by 1 year, New Kids on the Block Preceeded Boyz II Men debut by a few years. Their first Album came out in 1986 while Boyz II Men dropped in 1991.
