When he say "50 mil" at 1:55, the subtitle say "50 miles" but that is not correct. A Swedish "mil" is 10 km so what he means is 500 km (~300 miles). From Gothenburg it will cover Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen as well as Malmö.
@@petter5721 Yeah I'm into sports shooting and 2016 is old :D I mean maybe not for the lower on your AR15, but you cant pass on that new Aimpoint Acro S2 or what ever :D
They still go oldschool becuase it works in the cold climate. They maby added some tec, but its still remain the same, there is no reason to change to much becuase it could just brake too.
As I wrote on the other one bro, there are a couple of nice videos of HMS Queen Elizabeth from this(Gothenburg) harbour, a very impressive capability and flagship, was about a year ago, one video is on the Swedish Armed Forces channel, with some interviews with the british navy officers, but also a nice video on the channel "Hidden in Sweden", in the latter the journalist tags along with the commander of 4th Marine Regiment, and he explains what they do as far security goes and a bit about the Joint Expeditionary Force which is lead by the UK, both got english subtitles. Anyhow, if you remember the series about the guys(and girl) at Life Regiment Hussars, the SF is based on the same town.
When I was in the swedish army 30 years ago, there where none of this cool guy stuff🙂..but at least we trained contingency, in other words guerilla warfare detached from command. The doctrine then was that we would be overun by the russians at one point or another, but to at least make it costly for them. Fight to the last man. I think it was very useful. I learned a lot about myself, and where exactly my limits are. I''ve never been so sleep deprived, hungry and cold before, or after my military service. A lot of things in life was easier after that😄..everyone who is physically and mentally healthy, should do service in my opinion. It's humbling.
It doesent show here. But I think they have a Navy abilitie. infill and exfill in uboats and such. Am I wrong? Everyone in chatt seems like a special forces expert. Or atleat a wannabie haha. Good on you! Myself, I wish that I went for a mechanic or even a heavy load driver. A cook or medic. Something useful, out of the military
I have not seen anything about them being able to do infill or exfill with subs, but thats maybe what they wants you to think. They do have their own boat drivers and helicopter pilots.

Thanks, Amiga Ball :)
@@mixchief Ohh, smells like a scener! 😁😝🥰
It is an 8 year old video, most equipment has been replaced now!
och...
4:10 what the Swedish commander stated was that they can enhance any unit already in place with their specialities
Its an old video from 2016 so they probably have better systems now.
pretty much everything has been replaced with new stuff now👍🏻

By far their most battle tested personal and trained SF unit as well in their whole military objectively speaking.
@0:31 SEAL!
I also notised it. Cool that not only the US navy have seals. 😆

TH-cam's translation is really bad. I saw many wrong wordings in there. 😅

Please react to ROKSEAL's Ukraine war footage.
10 years old video
That translation was horrible 😀
sweden is best
yes the translation sucked, looks like you used google auto translate, it sucks, specially with an odd language like swedish.
I mean, Swedish is a germanic language closesly related to English. Not so "odd".
@@vicolin6126 True. Swedish/Dutch/German/English has a bunch of similarities.. Now Finnish, there's an odd language! 😁
Tip, use DeepL for translations. It's way better.
Sweden has open borders....our military capacity is a joke.......
This is Delta Force.
So you are saying this is US army? Bc no it is not.
These are called SOG (Särkilda OperationsGruppen) Delta force is the American unit.
