    Today on offensive breakdown, I break down NFL schemes that get covered by the likes of QB School and Brett Kollmann. That’s right, the spread offensive breakdown is seen in NFL offenses and are covered by the QB School and Brett Kollmann
    Not NFL Offense, But brett kollmann breaks down NFL game film and offensives. This QB School like offensive breakdown goes deep into the NFL spread concepts and how high school football can use NFL style plays covered by brett kollmann and QB School

    You have a goal on each offense series to gain 10 yards for success. How the defense changes as the field changes by the back line of the endzone shrinking the field and basically adding defenders in the vicinity of playable field to even have a play attempt on.

    I have several red zone plays we use that are outstanding. Knowing that most D coordinator types are going to press man or if far enough back that any route vs cvr two, three or four turn into man after eight yards or so, we tend to attack them by going one on one, betting we are better athletes, better in the weight room and better coached in being physical at the LOS in a few concepts. One, go 4x1 or what we term quads and run quick game like one and two run double slants and three a wide route which is a fast horizontal route kinda like a bubble but with no loss of ground and number four runs a spot route, a hitch deciding the linebackers nearest him. The lone boundary receiver runs a back shoulder and we have never failed to complete one yet.
    We have other concepts where we just run away from our man coverage, ones where we split their safeties, ones where we play inside out or high low on certain defenders and a couple rub concepts.
    You have my email address if you want any draw ups

    We run a similar concept but its the same on both sides-We call it Money-slant/snag and the corner. works well anywhere in short yardage

    Are you going to consider adding LSU’s RB sail? Maybe slant(instead of a post), quick out, and sail. Throw it for the back pylon. Seems like another great option to me. Thoughts?

    Think Mazzone calls it Chevron. The three man snag concept but it’s a great play and we also use it on the goal line.

    • @CoachMcKie
      @CoachMcKie  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      He does. The difference in the play is the progression and the route by the Y.
