def something i plan on doing whenever i get a spot w/ a good yard; a 3ft - 5ft mini ramp w/ a chill pyramid, 3ft qtr pipe, calf high ledge n manny pad n somehow after all that be able to afford to have one of those barns so it's indoor for winter. by the time i save up to do all this I will be 45 and i will prolly never end up doing it; so next best bet is to find an apt next to a skatepark or diy in the city. However congrats on the mini ramp looks nice n fun.
Skatelite is the best. They use Skatelite all over up here in Washington for outdoor ramps, and it does hold up to the weather. Sure it get holes like most wood does, but Skatelite is friggin slick and buttery and SO nice to skate on.
thats so cool. i had to move from Philadelphia to SC way in the sticks. i might do something like this. i hope those blocks are going to hold the weight turned sideways like that, i have been in construction for 30 yrs and blocks go the one turn(holes up) they can and will bust turned that way. it might be ok but i wouldnt
@@ArjunShah just dont let it get any kind of snow load bro. it should be fine. the ones i saw break on the job had a lot of steel on them, probably way more weight.
hollow concrete blocks aren't nearly as strong on their side, but if you had put the holes up with no base blocks or footers they'd eventually sink into the dirt. you have so many of them it shouldn't be an issue, and reusing stuff you already had is a win.
He gets to bmx** whenever he wants yes. But he even told me a 4 ft mini isn’t too fun for a bmx bike 😆 we have built and are continuing to build stuff around town. But yes, he’s got a VIP pass here for sure
Super nice! So happy for you 🔥🍻
Keen ramps is on fire right now. Nice move supporting the company and great name drop for your content ❤
Keen has been crushing it, they’re such a sick company!

Now that’s the dream! I wanna add a little street section here too, but it is really expensive. Hopefully one day..
skatelite is worth every cent, the Yard's new stuff is sooooo nice
AND GO OUTSIDE!
I miss the Yard. 🫶🏽
Best indoor on the east coast
Super stoked for you. I’m ordering a box I can transport in my car from keen to skate in the winter undercover
That’s awesome! Sounds like a perfect way to shred when it’s cold out.

Def glad I went with Skatelite over birch or anything else!!

I put a lot of extra blocks at each intersecting point, with bricks underneath! So I’m hoping it holds over time too.

We did throw some bricks underneath the cinders! I got a ton left over for a diy project 😉
Your homie that helped gets to skate whenever they want too right?
