  • Should you buy a Pasta Machine to make Khao Piak noodles? Puas zoo yuav lub cav no ua qhaub piaj?
I love eating Khao piak noodles and have been making it almost weekly. I started making it by hands. Now I use pasta machines (Marcato Atlas 150 pasta machine and Hamilton Beach pasta machine) to roll the dough and cut the noodles. It is getting better and faster. I am happy to see beautiful khao piak and enjoy making them a lot. The Khao piak also taste so much better too. I've been making it for sell and for the family. Many people love the look and the taste of it. However, I still have not found the right pasta machine and hope to find one soon. I hope this video helps you choose your khao piak pasta machine.

I make Khao piak weekly and have tried everything possible to see if there is an easier and better way to do it. So far, what I do in this video is the best way for me. Keep trying, you're going to get better after each time trying.

Been debating on buying this product too. Bc I make kopia a lot too. What is stopping me to cleaning up the aftermath & needing a storing spot. Usually these things just collect dust in the dark closet. Thx for the video.

I make khao piak every week so just let it out and have a table for it. Yes, the cleaning part is not fun at all. However, Winter time like this, I have to eat it a couple times a week. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for the review and tips niam laus. I'm still searching for a pasta machine that'll roll thicker and cut linguine pasta. Kitchenaid stand mixer attachments are not good. Rolls too thin and only cuts fettuccine noodles which are too wide for me. Please let us know if you have better luck. 🙏

Amazon and bath, body, and beyond has it without the motor. Look for the wellness print, I heard that is the authentic one.

I rather just buy. Khao piak takes too much time and labor. Cleaning is dreadful too. With a full time job and kids, I rather spend my free time on something else.
    Cool video though.

Agree 100%. I enjoy making it, but there are days, I just want to buy and not spend half of my day cleaning. Even with the machine, the process is still the same. Thanks for watching.

My Asian market sell the noodle and the taste is 80% close to homemade. I think it is better then making it, easier, and cheaper then buying a restaurant one. I did try making it with the pasta machine but like she state, it will rust and you have to buy a new one all the time. I don;t think it worth it. I can buy 2 pound for around $2-$5 which is quite cheap.😀
