If he stays , and wins more trophies, he will definitely become a legendary footballer/coach
he's only staying for a year so he can go to Madrid after next season.
@@Kugannbros living under a rock. He is staying to build Leverkusen into the new big team. His dream was Liverpool and he said it himself. He said he’d pick Liverpool over any other club. Idk why tho
@@KVendbjd
Lol dream on
He is coming to Madrid next season.
@Kugann I don’t think so , I think he wants to cement his legacy at building 1 club before embarking another journey ,
@@zsino exactly
''we know that we are beatable but we fight not to be beaten'' Xabi Alonso
A very straight forward thing to say
@denis1632 Bro thought he was cooking something legendary
glad he decided to stay and not get caught up in the hype of managing bigger teams, hes still learning his trade
I hope he will stay longer and make Leverkusen great❤️🖤😌
what a manager 🤩
Absolutely Alonso is incredibly intelligent he learned from the best mangers of the modern era
@@JGMc7 true he was managed by people like guardiola, benitez and ancelotti
Hes the next big coach, itsnthere for everyone to see. Respect th Alonso, was a fine, fine player and looks like his destiny to become a world class coach is looking even better.
It will be very interesting to see how they perform in the CL next year.
Pep,Ancelotti vs Xabi 🥵
Amazing, so loyal. Got to try to defend the title 👍👍👍
Doesn’t leave after one season and that’s what qualifies as loyalty nowadays?
@@nickcockayne7880 yep
@@andrewburton9643 Well it´s less about loyalty but more about a wise career choice
@@mikeserds2333 shouldn't be, money isn't everything
@@andrewburton9643 Not about money, simply a good career choice.
never forget rafa was looking to shift alonso for gareth barry
I very much doubt that, Alonso left Liverpool when he was too good for them and went off to smash European football at the top level
@@seemourbutts6679It was about funds. Rafa was ruthless when it came to selling players but his transfer budget depended on it. Alonso wanted to stay, but Rafa wanted money to buy a box to box midfielder as well to solve the issue against low block teams which cost the title, it was big mistake
He's waiting for uncle carlo to leave 😊
I respect that he has loyalty to his players, it shows that he is a man that can be trusted
Needs to stay 2 more years at Leverkusen, if he takes a Liverpool or Bayern job next season he will fail!
the reason he's shifted the mentality of the club is because he's a winner, look at his playing career
He will probably end up as Real Madrid manager after Ancelotti retire or leaving the club 🤔.
I believe that Bayer stadium will be renamed after him if he wins treble
As a Liverpool fan I have nothing but for respect for him deciding to stay and build. Would have been perfect for us and him but he’s building something potentially special so fair play
This is the real goat 🐐 for managers this season
This is the Competition which I will be shocked if they still remain unbeaten. I think they go all the way in their Domestic league unbeaten, they so much better than others.
He's already building a better legacy in the Bundesliga than Pep has. Winning the League with Leverkusen is a great achievement. Next stop Spain with Madrid and then the Premier League. Just hopefully not Citeh 😅
❤❤❤
Real gentleman 👍👏
He be looking like a spanish stevie g lol
Neverkusen ? Maybe, but I've only heard Vizekusen.
That’s just how the English translated that
COYI. !!!
Glad he stayed, media obsessed with these “bigger clubs”
"Yeahhh for sure its to hopefully go to real madrid next summer 😄"
Ballers😊
time to end your run buddy boy COYI
Bowen is out 😢
2-0 😂
Alonso is indeed a excellent coach...42 games unbeaten across all competitons
dont like leverkusen, but from a neutral point, i think a million per cent, he's made the right decision to stay. he's still a young manager, and learning his trade. if he keeps on this trajectory, jobs at the big clubs will come along. he doesnt need to jump ship now
God I wish we had him instead of Moyes
he deserve a statue
Why does this need an explanation? Is it just the English being English as per usual?
Which Liverpool manager recruited him?
Thanks Xabi for destroying the Bayern-liga this season
Waiting for Real Madrid job
welcome to Real Madrid in year or two
😅😊
Hes waiting for Madrid. Simple
I love Xabi but the real answer is hes going to want to manage Real Madrid from 2025 and onwards and im sure there have been some assurances and conversations going on in the background:)
Thats my theory anyway.
His team will be raided in the summer. He will lose a few players in the summer.
They have good fresh contracts on a lot of players, I reckon, raiding won't come cheap after that season...
@@brrrt6666 Same thing that happened to Monaco will happen to Leverkusen. Man City, Chelsea, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, Juventus will raid his team in the summer.
@@fraser_mr2009 all bets are on I guess
If Leverkusen get raided and lose there better players and he has a stinker 2nd season these big jobs won’t be here big risk
He will go to Real Madrid in a year
Does he care ?
Raided for who? How many clubs can afford 150m to pay for Florian wirtz. They sold havertz for 75m to Chelski. Which players for Leverkusen will get raided ?
Even if they get raided they’ll adequately replace them. Especially now that it’s certain Xabi will stay, players would love to play under him
Let him go
Bayern
Madrid
Liverpool last
better he uses them to practise and as a stepping stone
