看店家還把魚肚再次清洗去細鱗，值得讚美....這幾家平民美食接地氣，每家都有特色，甲意啦！🤗👍😋
而且這魚肚看起來就是新鮮，又肥又大塊，上市場都不見得有這麼好品質的👍👍煎魚肚的方式也是先煎有油脂那一面逼出油脂後再煎魚皮👍👍
