waaaaaait a second.... at 2:48 did you skip the clamp and just stick your stick in the path of his exit and it popped the ball loose?!?!? LOL!!! That was fantastic!
Hey Greg got a question for you at this point I am just having trouble getting faster hands I have a REPS and practice every day but is there any other ways you would recommend to specifically train hand speed at SNG clamps?

1 step counters! A full column of moves that weren’t possible on a knee 😏
can we get one of these for 2022?
Could you do a GoPro of pll rules I would like to compare?
Sure can!
3:37 nice fishhook. Does this work against kneel down players or do both have to be sng?
@William Reilly right now you can still knee down in youth and pros, right now it’s only a college rule
@@maxstewart2991 you can’t in high school
@@willreilly7120 I posted this when I was u14. And just did summer. Knee was still legal in both but this year it’s only stand up
Hey greg would you happen to remember george kalos. He won 2022 foa. He coached me and so have you thanks so much for help with faceoffs
Omg I've finally found an SNG lives video! 😃 👌🏽 🔥

SNG is all about your right wrist rotation and your ability to get the important parts of the head to where they need to be. Technique is king
Did the rule changes pass?
It will
It has
@@GregBeast32 Did they pass HS too? My coach doesn't know
@@benjaminwilson3636 not sure if you know yet but I don’t think it does until next year. At least that’s how it is for my u14 (I think)
@@turtle_6067 they only apply to college
What head is that? Weapon X
I think the guy in the yellow helmet had a 2F. How does the 2F perform (saw the STX review) with SNG? That turf mat is pretty sweet.
Stick build?
What is the all black head?
Weapon x
Do you work with college and hs players during these? or is it just college?
Both
What's an sng please explain.
Sng stands for standing neutral grip which is a type of way to take a faceoff
Is the ncaa actually going the sng for faceoffs
Yes
@@GregBeast32 wouldnt more teams start putting a lsm at the x then? Just a thought of what I would do if I was a coach
@@ghost-mf8pc Teams might. But SNG is an easier way to beat Poles anyway; I've never gone knee down vs an LSM. Doesn't make sense.
I know what you mean. But I'm just thinking use a lsm at the x and use him to chase down the faceoff guy and pressure the ball right away
