Tea got the unluckiest bracket of all time. He was always seeded to fight Leo, but because Muteace unexpectedly beat Acola, he literally got the #1 into the #2 players in the world
I gotta be real... it's wrong (I haven't watched the tourney in whole yet) putting Tweek anything less than #2 at worst during the time of this match. With only Acola or Sparg0 being 1 or 2 as well. But Leo is Leo, won't be surprised if I see him winning this when I catch up on videos lol. Guy can lose yeah, but he always wins some other major to make up for a lost one.
Tea gave up too many stocks on the left side of the stage by recovering low too often. If i were him I'd start going high more in this match up. I think i saw him go really high like one time and he made it back to stage with ease. I also wish he would bounce key off the blocks and catch it more often. Key in hand is crazy good
@@nathanlevesque7812 he got killed by recovering low a lot of stocks. He should at least mix up going high more often because the anvil, the dtilt, and the TNT are all way worse than anything Steve can do if you go high as Pac-Man.
@@legrandliseurtri7495 I been playing Pac-Man since I first touched Smash 4. I’m not on Tea’s level but I’m solid. In this game basically everything is buffed, including side b. I promise, if you mix your high recoveries up, basically no character in the game is gonna back air you lol You go way too high and have hydrant or fast fall nair dodge as landing options. Sometimes you can even save your jump. I’m not saying he should always go high, just use it as a mix up. Make the opponent guess. If you recover low every time, this set will be the result in the Steve vs Pac-Man MU. Just my opinion of course, though again, it’s based on years of playing Pac

He fights leo before top 8 every tournament unfortunately as well, it’s the cold reality when you’re in that top 5-7 range
