I think the general is mentioning that Nato has no strategic weapon left to resist Russian incursion.
Russia has taken a lot of Ukrainian territory and that is what they wanted. So you are not telling the truth by saying Russia didn't achieve anything or their objectives
At the outset the stated aims of the SMO were to take over the country, impose a proxy leadership, "de-nazification", push back NATO. None of these objectives have been achieved - the country is still thwarting Putin's fascist imperialist and genocidal ambitions; as there are no Nazis in Ukraine the second objective was plainly ridiculous; Finland and Sweden have subsequently joined NATO.

For your information Russia is a superpower and Ukraine is not. So there is absolutely no comparison between the two and that is common sense which you appear not to have.

Why it appears from your answers that only the best Russian military leaders were killed during and those remaining have no experience enough to lead in new offensive but it seems the Ukrainians have not been losing their best leaders as well.
