Oh, shes a beauty! The crisp crunch of that French bread and toppings (dairyfree cheese for me) had me a-quivering. Mike, you stunning pizza man.. great job!!
Kicking it old school style Mike! I grew up having English muffin and French bread pizzas. Those look really good, and a nice idea for the e series! Keep on rocking it brother!
This is fantastic. Simple but will be delicious. I would probably add green peppers. But great video Mike. Now if I can just find a walmart that has this E-Series in stock
Oh my goodness that looks delicious, I will give that a try this weekend. By the way, invest in some plastic tongs, it'll make your life a whole lot easier with the Blackstone.
This recipe looks simple and delicious. But watching you cook it on a Blackstone e-serie and trying not to scratch the surface with the wooden spatulas was painfull. You could have done an equally or a better job with a toaster oven and a non stick frying pan. I have yet seen a video from someone on TH-cam that gives an honest review of the Blackstone e-serie. In my opinion, this kitchen appliance takes a long time to reach its cooking temperature, lacks ingenuity and takes too much space around the house. Not too long from now, we shall begin seeing this appliance on the resale market.
Thanks Beau Ly, appreciate the feedback. I don't think the wood spatulas will scratch the surface but I could be wrong. I agree with you on the time to temperature taking a while. However, the Blackstone or any griddle for that matter is a luxury item for sure. You could cook these in a toaster oven and frying pan but you can fit more on this and it's just fun. Also, I hope you are wrong about the resale market but they haven't really done a full release so we'll see. Thanks for watching!!!
I used to make these all the time. I have no idea why I quit. Thanks for reminding me. Those look great.
