I downloaded a landast imagery from earth explorer and there is no band 8 how can i increase the image quality

My cell size was 30m. So, the contents are not clearly shown on the image. Can I change it to 1.2 like yours? Does it create any problem?

Yes, there is a problem in terms of accuracy
But you can make about 20 changes or at least 10
