How about Africa itself. Do you think Africa are better than India in sanitisation and cleanliness. If its bad then why German Ambassador and Japanese Ambassador/ Diplomats eating street food in India. You have to remember tge culture. Street food is made for local abd working class people. I do live in Bristol(the UK) people eat Kebab from street vendors and their hygiene is no better than Indian vendors ( although it certified by the council).
