I'm not really a big fan of him at first too. My first impression of him was a cocky, rude, and lazy man. But after see some other variety shows that show more side of him, I realize that he's just a big tsundere. Like he's really soft and warm on the inside. Also, he knows how to position himself. When he supposed to work for the society (like helping villagers), dealing with kids, or even animals, he acts sincerely and works his ass off. Well, but ofc his character on shows is the crazy and temperamental man, so in other set, he will be that "annoying" man. But it's just for the show. I recommend you to watch Kang's Kitchen and Naturally if you want to know more side of him. :D
