It really hurts me each time I watch this video. I maintain my point that Blake should have been recognised highly there and then. He is so quiet, so humble, so sweet, so mannerly. Blake won that race. With the speed that Blake ran that third leg there will never be an experience like it ever. Blake I wish you well in all your endeavours. God Bless You always! Love take Care!
Usain was a sight to behold. We were spoilt. Future generations won't be able to experience this level of greatness, sportsmanship, crowd wholesomeness again for the men. G.O.A.T
Have you seen the new gen of mid and long distance runners? They are insanely fast and breaking records every few years. Future generations are using him as inspiration and goal. I bet within 20 years his records will be beaten.
@isaacswoyer9820 I don't doubt their capability to set records at all. Usain made it exciting, fun, and wholesome. His sportsmanship, the humility and respect in which he would treat people with who were aids on the track and during the games. His confidence and ability to capitivate and have people of different countries cheering him on wanting him to win. Others who came before him who set records both male and female were never as impactful as him. So it's not about setting records. He changed the sport. That is greatness. I see people comment from all over the world in different languages of how great he is. The magnitude of his impact is immeasurable. I believe that the new generation will be able to set records, but to do what he did, no. In every sport there is always an individual, lucky if multiple that are actually the greatest to ever have done it. Michael Phelps, Usain Bolt and as said before Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. People who have competed on the world stage, undisputed.
yes he's the one i always like to watch because the way his head bounces, arms swaying, and those small legs moving so fast you can't see them move back and forth. he doesn't get the credit that everybody gives Blake and Bolt.
Not only Blake and the rest of the guys did it, but also that they did it for our country Jamaica ❤❤ and they will never never be another race as this one
Umm yes Michael Frater was moving on that 2nd leg however Yohan Blake ran the fastest split. Did you see him on the curve. Do you know how fast Gatlin and Gay are. And Yohan took Tyson apart on that 3rd leg. There's no way Bailey was going to beat Usain on that anchor leg. That was a spectacular experience. Hands down.
The USA is breathing a sigh of relief now after Bolt has retired. 😂 Bolt, Blake and the Jamaican 🇯🇲 crew were untouchable in their heyday as seen in this spectacularly executed race which set a landmark World Record! 🎉❤
Blake was the only reason that they won. 1st leg & 2nd leg were totally dominated by the USA. Blake had a tremendous 3rd leg which diminished the lead that the USA had & no one could handle Bolt but it was Blake that won the race
Blake's baton exchange (he receiving it) was smooth like butter. Blake also run that bend like he was a train on tracks. That was perfect & a joy to watch.
yes people dont give Frater enough credit on his run. he was speeding down that back stretch and i love his posture with the head, arms and leg movements
Blake smoked that turn. A work of art God bless jamaica.

It's jamaica
Yohan blake curve was a grace to watch
Blake made everyone go in slow motion. Best 3rd leg my eyes have seen. Best part of the race for me
Wait till you see my third leg.
wait till you see bolts 3rd in 2008
@@oshionekakhu1238 god dammit, you beat me to it.

Blake is just insane... Definitely the hero in this race
and Bolt's finish was incredible

If bolt wasn't around, Blake would certainly be the man
Competition is when you have people who can challenge you and are amazing at it. Usane is insane, the speed
The other teams barely survived Yohan Blake. Then they still had to beat the fastest man ever.
36.85 divided by 4 = 9.21 seconds per 100m average. That's including bends and baton passes. Amazing.
Like seriously
Running start
It's was rounded down to 36.84
Because they no time was wasted in taking a start
That Jamaican team had some of the best runners in history
1 and 2 fastest person in the same team
@@user-ti9mh8oh3sNesta Carter was also the 5th fastest man in history at the time of this race

The sprinter before Blake too was awesome
Michael Frater
Yes, Fraternity began the race for me as soon as he got the baton

I get the chills over and over again❤❤❤❤

Blake ripped that out of it 🔥🔥
Blake held it down in this one for sure
Usain Bolt’s supremacy was legendary
Blake is just unreal🔥
They all 4 ran 100 mtr at 36.85 sec which is 9.2125 sec per head thats insane 🔥
9.21 per
Not really if you think of the starting and baton changes. Blake and Bolt had the better splits. Frater was most definitely moving too
Bolt was 9s blake 9.1..s frater 9.5...s carter 9.2...s😊
That third leg with Blake is one of the best I have ever seen.
Usain and blake god bless you jamaica
Yohan Blake unsung hero
Imagine if the Jamaican team had Asafa Powel to run the back straight?
Don't diminish those guys performance.
The fact that a lot of cameras came out right when he was posing📸🎥🤳😂😂
I get goose bumps every dam yi.e when I watch this my jamaican team a booom!!!!!!
History will show who pack the stadiums so far Bolt was the man
Jamaica's dream team made us all witness greatness.

Yohan Blake showed Tyson Gay a CLEAN pair of heels. Breezed past Gay like Gay was a fart in a hurricane.
I ❤ JAMAICA!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Bolt is a the GOAT of race
Jamaica is the fastest country in the world
That 2nd leg of jamaica was fast
I don’t know why people are not talking about that guy…. He did all the work for BLAKE if u watch the thing carefully

@@queenstinga3572frater got Blake the baton either the same time as gay or before but definitely not after
This guy and RONALDO ARE THE BEST ATHLETES IN THE WORLD ON AND OFF THE FIELD!!!
Such an amazing run that hardly anyone notices that the USA in second ran a 37.04, equalling the previous world record.
Monster in the form of human- Usain Bolt
The gods of Jamaican in this race …world class
And there is more to come !!!
Blake received baton from Frater the most perfect.
Son increíbles los jamaicanos 🇯🇲

Cannot underestimate the 2nd leg..!
They all did it. It was a team feat.

เขียวเหลืองทีมวิ่งไวสะใจ😮🎉❤
The audience saw that Blake was the fastest, but they DID NOT know that his bolt speed was 8.98 while Blake is 9.21 If I'm not mistaken.!!!😮
Let’s discuss.. Blake was faster than Bolt wasn’t he? 😂
But let them run 1v 1 in 100m . Blake will be struggling
factually no
Hanya nampak di mata..
This can never die 😂😂🎉🎉
Bolt.." The Thunder!"
USA was hoping we dropped the baton, but our relay team was unstoppable!
Greatest track event I ever witnessed
Is it just me? I have to watch this race 3 or 4 times every time it comes on.
A healthy Elaine and Blake is unstoppable
