Prizo alas you are incorrect but hoi4 doesn’t properly represent all the US states, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Islad, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Maine are all merged together. You can make all of these apart from Connecticut and Rhode Island using provinces (they messed up the CT Rhode Island border) however Delaware is also merged into Maryland and cannot be represented.
