The vally of the graves would be a good place. Maybe the grave of the orphan queen. Burried with her. But we also know the castle has a lot of underground passages. Ezran knows a lot of them, but probably not everything. Even if he knows all of them, as a child he probably would have thought its just a normal sword. Im sure there are a lot of swords lying around the castle. So its also possible its just inside of the castle. Seeing how the castle is destroyed in the last season, it would be a good place to hide it. Even if it wouldn't kill him, the blade would make his revenge take a lot longer. He already waited too long for his revenge so maybe he not only wanted to free himself but also to destroy the sword. Think about it, it could even be in the same room the pearl was kept. Hidden in the wall
I also agree that it would be with the orphan queen if it's in the valley of the graves. But I also love the idea that it's in one of the passages! My thoughts on this though are that it would be around the king's chamber's instead of the high mage's secret study. Ezran's room had a secret passage way so there is absolutely one in the king's chambers.

3:27 This quote reminded me of how Claudia buried Viren in the valley of the graves because he technically was king of Katolis for short time. She knew her dad wanted to be remembered as an important figure in history, and likely thought that this is what he would’ve wanted since she is convinced that Viren was doing what was necessary to save humanity.
Not me forgetting that Viren was technically king! He probably would have wanted to be depicted there. I feel like I can appreciate that scene more. Also Claudia's devotion to her Father is next level and it really breaks my heart.
I think a great twist would be if Claudia and Terry found the Nova Blade. In the description for episode one, it was mentioned that they will be going to the Puzzle House to find the map to the garden of innocence. Since Kpp’ar did have a chest that was identical to the one owned by Aaravos, maybe he found a lot of artifacts relating to Aaravos and the Star arcanum as he became obsessed with finding a unicorn. Imagine Terry or Claudia stumbling upon it, but not knowing what it is and thinking it’s just a cool looking sword at first. And when Terry leaves to warn team Zym about Aaravos and Claudia, he brings it with him after finding out it can kill Aaravos in one of Kpp’ar’s old books.

I don’t think the Orphan Queen is the founder of Katolis because she was alive 300 years ago and that’s actually not that long ago in the grand scheme of things. I think the Orphan Queen established a NEW ROYAL LINE. But that’s not the same as being the founder of a kingdom. Also because we know that the five human kingdoms took form DURING the Mage Wars (so from 1000 to 300 years ago) and the first summit of the Pentarchy took place centuries ago (when exactly is not specified). But even if the first summit of the Pentarchy took place only 300 years ago, which is during the era of the orphan queen, that means that all the other kingdoms already exist. So basically, Katolis MUST ALREADY EXIST at this time too. It just HAS to be older than all the other human kingdoms. Lol, this is a lot of history that is kind of hard to write out. But yeah I don’t think so. To be fair, it has not been officially confirmed so I could be wrong here but that’s my thought process ✨
It's a good theory about Nova Blade's location and it's possible this weapon is buried at the Orphan Queen's tomb. On the flip side, I have mixed feelings about S7 and I really want to see Arc 3 of the series.
