13th Annual Student Film Awards

The Student Film Awards celebrates aspiring actresses, actors, directors and producers from schools across the Rio Grande Valley. Entering its 13th year the SFA's is hosted by the Harlingen CISD Media Arts & Communications Academy video production class.
