It looks like Bluepoch removed Regulus' damage per second animation but doesn't that make it look like it doesn't take damage?

Yeah I was thinking about that too but it doesn't make her deal less damage tho, it's just that we only see one hit

Bc of the way crits work in r1999 this actually isn't a problem. In most games crits are calculated for each individual hit, so multihit attacks have more of a chance to crit than single hit attacks which only have one chance to crit.
But in r1999 when a crit procs, it causes every hit of a multi hit attack to crit & if a crit doesn't proc, then none of the hits of a multi hit attack will crit. So due to this there is no difference between single hit and multihit attacks in r1999 as it pertains to crits.

these are 2 different skin, why the comparison?
The football skin is from 1.1 and her new skin is from 1.9

This skin is the anniversary skin and the only one has animation on portrait same treatment as Jiu and Lucy
Also it is the only special one out of the 4 in the 1.9 where it not only has special entrance effect, it also has different attack animation and ulti. Other is pretty much re skin and re color

@@estelle4778 yep I agree, for some characters I like the I2 skin than the paid skin like sotheby, but people have difference preferences also~
