That's because speed and weight are its only good stats; every other stat is awful, especially considering it has the worst handling, off-road, and mini-turbo in the game. Also, it's the lightest large kart.
@@FormulaOneFan98 In terms of stat distribution, yes. As for use on Manual, it's a mixed bag. But on Automatic? That can't be any further from the truth. Stats are not made equal: some stats matter more than others, and the most important stats for a vehicle in Mario Kart Wii are Speed, Weight, and Drift. Like I said, the Jetsetter is the fastest vehicle and is decently heavy, but has bad drift. Same goes for the Spear, except it's an inside drifting bike, causing it to automatically outclass the Jetsetter. In fact, the Spear is one stat away from being arguably the best vehicle in the game. This is why the Flame Runner is the best vehicle in the game: it's an inside drifting bike with good Speed, Weight, Drift, and Mini-Turbo (the four stats that matter most), making it the most versatile vehicle in the game. For the worst vehicle in the game, let's reverse engineer that. We need a vehicle that's slow, light, and has bad drift. I will look at possible candidates. The Cheep Charger and Quacker are out, because while they're slow and light, they have good drift, and the Quacker is an inside drifting bike. This also eliminates the Daytripper, Wario Bike, and Offroader, because while they're slow and have bad drift, they are heavy. This leaves only the Booster Seat, Bit Bike, and Sugarscoot. The Sugarscoot is the fastest and heaviest of the three, so it's out. Either the Booster Seat or Bit Bike will claim the title for worst vehicle in Mario Kart Wii. I have ultimately decided to give the title of "worst Mario Kart Wii vehicle" to the Bit Bike. It's an outside drifting bike, is the slowest and second lightest vehicle in the game, its wheelies aren't enough to make up for its shortcomings, and while it doesn't have bad drift, it isn't good either. At least the Booster Seat is faster and heavier.
I can't trust my self with outside drift karts and bikes, especially on rainbow road. It's impressive to see how well you manage to slow down and drift (also managing to fall off not once) with a kart that drives like a bat out of hell. Excellent. 👏
I miss Rosalina's Luma in Mario Kart. I'd be cool if there was an option in MK8 Deluxe to turn it on or off. (I've read in forums that some people don't like the little guy.) Everytime I played as Rosalina in MKWii I'd have giggle fits because of how cute Luma is following her in races.
I wish Luma was at least it’s own playable character if not with Rosalina. I wasn’t aware there was dislike for them in forums, as a kid I kinda just thought it was cool to have an extra Mario Galaxy asset when choosing her.
@@NightSky_ Luma being a separate character would be so awesome! I think someone said that Luma following Rosalina was distracting. Another person said they kept mistaking him for an invincibility star on the track
After looking at the gameplay, I can probably see why Nintendo decided to remove them. They just don't really do anything, and it might be distracting to players.
I had a bunch I liked when I 1st got this game cuz the roster is so good. But I liked Funky Kong cuz he’s meta in this game & rarely present in the Nintendo franchise, nowadays I main Rosalina.
Personally, jetsetter sounds much cooler than Aero glider as its called in europe. I remember playing with funky kong a ton in this when i was little 😂
I remember choosing him & the jetsetter/aero glider for fun cuz I noticed he had the highest speed on it, this was when I was little with no internet so I had no clue about character stats.
@@NightSky_ Same, i didn’t even know the characters had different stats or even understood it. I just thought they were split into babies, princesses and the best ones. 😂
I respect u so much, Mario kart wii is a hell to get 3 stars and literally u don’t depend on skill talking about getting 3 stars u just need luck to not get hit by blue shells and have good items, but u definitely change that with that ability, I respect so much the way u controlled that so good, THAT’S what I call “skill” and ofc luck involved with items and that but u really have skill
Ty, honestly I’m not very good lol but I’m decent enough to go for 3 stars with this vehicle. I wanted to switch it up so not every video was inside drift bikes. There are times when you get hit by a lap 3 blue but 3 stars is pretty straight forward once you follow the guide I linked to in the description which I didn’t even know about earlier in my playthrough.

Using the Jetsetter with automatic drift is pretty fun ngl. You’d get destroyed online with it, but due to its speed it’s easy to break away from the cpus
Fun fact, while the Jetsetter has the highest base speed in the game, it also has lowest base stat total 🎓

By graphical design on the road, difficulty and nostalgia this is the best rainbow road

Getting 3 stars with what many consider to be the worst vehicle in the game is no easy feat. Well played!
Thx, I was saving it for this cup if I remember correctly.
I would figure that the Luma wins this one.

The items on the highway portion move until they break by hitting the wall
That tube in Rainbow Road is a cannon. If you go through it, you’ll avoid getting shrunk by lightning and avoid getting hit by a blue shell.⚡️
