@@buseswiththebritishsingh1628 Yup, tah (or ta) is a way of saying thanks in the Midlands/North of England. I didn't realise it wasn't used down in London, so you've probably just taught me something lol
Matt's Transport Videos in London another way of saying thanks is Safe . Safe means thanks in London Multicultural English. Most of the young Londoners( like me ) speak both standard English and London Multicultural English ( LME) . LME is usually spoken with friends and standard is spoken to elders and younger
I was involved in the first serious accident on this were two buses collided when a double decker ran into the back of a single decker at Swavesey. Nobody even talked to us after the accident from the bus companies, police, anything.
@@MTVvids I know, I feel like Stagecoach East made some stupid decisions in my opinion, even shortened the X5 so it won’t serve Cambridge anymore either. Really odd tbh but hey it happens. Also question, when lockdown ends will you consider doing the Excel between Peterborough and Norwich soon?
@@TGSUK_Productions Ahh I haven't really kept up with the changes round there recently, that sounds sad as well... I've got a wide variety of routes hopefully planned for later this year, so I guess it would be nice to add the Excel to the list 😃
@@MTVvids the Excel is a great route but you may have to add some extras in tho, because the route has different parts to it but it’s a great route and takes 3hr 30 to do one way. But you’ll enjoy it tho.
In May next year, I also plan on doing the Excel, so if you haven't filmed it by then, I will let you know whether the Excel is a good route to film or not :)
A really nice video, brings me a lot of memories back from my first journey with the Busway from Peterborough to Cambridge 😢❤ I wonder what happened? Why did they cut it short? Is it because it was way cheaper to travel then now when you have to change busses and it's very inconvenient.
Epic Visual! I did this route a few years ago from Cambridge to Hinchbrooke Hospital and back! Very cool! I personally love the Cambridge busway due to its length and ruralness! One question, what bus did you film this on?
@MTVvids probably one of the longest in Britain at the time for a normal bus. Shame that stagecoach removed the scania E400s and cut the route to Hinchingbrooke hospital
I managed to visual an even longer route (Stagecoach Gold X4 Northampton to Peterborough via Wellingborough, Kettering & Corby) and I only needed 3 GB for that 😂 (However, I film directly in 10X timelapse mode, which means much less GB is needed lol)
10:34 when you know you are in Farthington (OMSI 2)
😂 I'm surprised it's taken so long for someone to bring that up lol
@@MTVvids LOL never watched the whole of it until now cuz it was too long and I cba to watch all of it.

Matt's Transport Videos due to London becoming very multicultural ,a new type of English called LME formed in the late 1980s/ early 1990s
This is one hell of a route 🙃
That Yorkshire Bus Driver It is indeed. The masses of people on it do make it a little bit less enjoyable though lol
Fabulous visual Matt!
Thanks mate 👍
Very long route but very beautiful as well in all the rural, open green spaces, as well as some suburban areas and dual carriageways 👍
It's very nice indeed 😎
Guided bus ways are a good idea to get busses from a 2 b quickly👍👩🎓

Wow - that's horrible! I hope you're better now, and it would be nice if the companies could've at least given you an apology...
2 years late but awesome route visual, sadly the B got cut short so badly now it’s useless, great to have this route visual for the memories
Thanks a lot mate! I completely forgot that happened, a real shame :(

that's one route I must film...
I'd love to see a driver interviewed to see what they think of it.
This is virtually impossible for me to film without 3 phones to film on.
Love it ;))

The first song sounds like video-game music 😂
TheLondonBusMaster135 I thought that too lol
Random guided busway in the middle of Cambridgeshire
well i dont really take the busway too much but it would be nice if the actual busway tracks were longer
