Can you do me a favour? Are you able to export a recording directly from the camera and share it? I’ve been in touch Eufy and the S330 and other cameras stream their footage to the Homebase while the E330 floodlight records directly. So would be useful to see how the footage looks.
How long does the recording go on for? Or is it really 24 hr recording ? And does it loop when there is no more space ? Either on the camera itself or bought storage, thanks

I have this floodlight camera and it recommends no higher than 8 ft for max detection; but mine is about 11-12 ft. It still detects motion very well. Range and sensitivity can be adjusted for up to 4 detection areas; so there's alot of versatility with this camera.
MUST this be connected via WiFi? In my desired installation location, I've got great HomeHub S380 cover, but no WiFi coverage. So I could only use this camera IF it can work with ONLY HomeHub coverage (and no WiFi coverage).
I have 2 floodlight for more then 2 years and always had problem. Every 3 months I had to reset them. Now the light flashes at every moment, and the other stay all the day on at low power. I can't shut it down. I'll never buy eufy bad quality products again. Also there is no service that can help you. There are a lot of people complaining but they delete your messages on the forum when you say it's just light quality
You never showed full resolution of the video recording. Face at night looked way over-exposed and unusable for any recognition. Both in illuminated and B&W night shots. So we are still dealing with shitty cameras that Eufy advertises as 3K and 2K, but that do not come even close to solving the need of providing a quality video feedback of the event. False recognitions is still a huge problem as well. I sincerely hope you never have any tree in the shot during wind events as it trips the camera into non-stop recording of swaying branches, i.e. ‘humans’ in Eufy’s AI imagination.

After dark it’s tracking and lights up when motion detected but doesn’t record anything . Can you please help ? I have a ticket to eufy and still waiting

How do I enable the floodlight for movement out of the surveillance hours?
Can you keep the light on for a few hours by manually overriding the default setting ?

It is true 24/7 recording.
It can only record 24/7 with an SD memory card or the home base.

I don't think the camera are Google friendly, but I could be wrong. We control the cameras with the Eufy app.

If I set camera only for human recognition will the camera wake me up if a racoon comes by or alerting on trees in windy night ?

How to get around recording every single bug that flies from 9pm - sunrise . Motion is set to lowest and range detection to 0 .
Eufy says all recording is limited to 1080p, not 3k regardless if storing to the Homebase or microSD card.

1080p is still very good. You should see faces clear with that without any issues.

What is your estimate on how far the camera is from your router? Does it lock into 2.4 or 5. Or maybe continuely gets best connection
It is about 30' from my router connected by 2.4 and through an exterior brick wall.

It looks plastic, I’m looking g for a metal body system. Otherwise these thing just breakdown into potatoe chips after 5 years.
