How can you possible learn anything from these videos when all patients are perfect?
I know i am very late but you can actually learn a lot from this. By practising on normal people and getting used to normal people makes people with an ilness stand out. I hope that cleared some things up
when you study money, you stare at the dollar bill over and over. that way when the fake dollar bill comes along, you can spot the fraud or the differences.. the same with humans, study the WNL normal run of the mill typical presentation, and then you'll spot the weird ones right away like if the conjunctiva of the eyes is purple or grey instead of pink :)

I’ve used those exact WA scopes on my last office.
I constantly had to fix them for the doctors because they could never figure them out.
For them flipping the holder they place the scope on, preventing them from turning on at all. All the way to the sensors holes getting blocked by crud making the lights dimmer.

@@calvinsFuntimeBounceHouse that’s their power cable, they don’t use batteries.
While it is in the holder it is turned off. And when you take it off, there is two censors on the wall panel that detect it’s gone, and then power it sent to the device you hold.
So when doctors put them on the wall in the wrong order, then tend to not work, and run to the MA to figure out why.

is it me or when I go for a physical or check up it's no where near this excessive
you are likely doing a normal physical, this is a full head to toe complete database
either your provider skipped alot or they did this complex stuff early on, or they focused on chief complaints aka main problems like you had a sinus drain infection or whatever :)
