The circuit works very efficiently, at a normal distance, LCD cannot be added to this circuit.

Can anyone tell me how the hell it's shifting to specific frequency (channel) and able to recognise the broadcast because to filter out the specific frequency we need to tune the R/C components (in case of RC Oscillator)

This is not really a digital fm radio as FM is analogue. It is a digitally controlled FM radio of the IC. type.. IC. FM radio tends to sit inside CHEAP things where the requirement for good FM. radio is not that important.
