I got my machine a year ago Xmas. The only manual was built in and I struggled figuring out even how to find the subject I needed help with. I’m still struggling and wish there was a book I could just look up in the index. If I have problems, I have no idea where to look or seek help. The place where I purchased the machine doesn’t offer classes and I’m sure you know more than anyone in the store. I’m having trouble with the bobbin thread showing on top. Great for a machine that supposedly fixes those things automatically! Your #3 video does offer help, but I’m wondering if it’s the thread. I’ll need to try to get someone at husqvarna but I just wanted you to know that your videos have been helpful. As time goes on, I imagine there will be more videos available to help but I’m ready to get rid of the machine altogether

Hi Rita, I would say its either one of two things, most common is the bobbin thread is not clicking into the bobbin case tension. When you thread machine make sure you are clicking the thread all the way into the metal catch on the bobbin case. after you have sewn a stitch you should see a single piece of head going across the top of the bobbin to the left. If you see that thread then its correct, if you don't the bobbin is not in correctly. The other less common would be if you are using a heavy thread on top and a fine thread on the bottom, it might not balance as well but usually isn't to bad. Most likely your problem is with the bobbin threading. Also you dealer is obligated to give you an owners class, see the sales person who sold you the machine and ask them to sit with you for some help.

There is no printed manual that comes with this machine?
