Strangely Spendor BC3s don't sound much like BC1s as might be expected since three of the drivers are the same. BC3s are much more analytical without the BC1's dip at crossover BC3s sound a lot more like B&W DM4s of the same vintage but with deeper bass.

BC1 were the best speaker I've ever heard... from 400hz up. These sound like they've remedied the BC1s droning one note bass. Nice.
