Healthy minds are firmly holding onto The Truth. How healthy is your mind? Eternal freedom from guilt, shame, pain, and horror is tied solely to The Truth.
Jesus Christ said He is the TRUTH we all need to cling to through life: “I AM the Way, The Truth, and the Life.” The Truth is a Person, and that Person is the Lord Jesus Christ, God in human flesh.
Nothing matters more than the Lord Jesus Christ, The Truth, incarnate and revealed to us in God's Word, our Master and Savior.
That is why nothing is so precious as our faith in God, His Word, and Christ's work for us. That is why Paul sat to write the young church-planting pastor named Titus, serving on the island of Crete. Paul’s world was hostile to the truth of God; and Paul warned that days to come would increasingly be filled with false teachings about God, and false doctrines.

One verse adapted to sing with many others (Amazing Grace, How Great Thou Art, etc.) when I walk from my house to and in the park.
Ignore the news people. It can take you down a dark path. Even though you may hate one party, pray for them instead and ignore the news. Stay in constant meditation of God.
Wise words. I know things are getting worse. I don't have to live in fear.

I've cried out today it is so sad we found a 4 year old boy alone by a garbage can... Crying... was found by a gentleman who helped him and was like in tears because he couldn't believe that we're leaving kids like garbage cans now! To make it even worse in New York again today we found another baby but it was literally an infant on the floor were leaving infants on the floor in the street like garbage I been crying my eyes out I am here and I'm here to help start to change that's needed but I look around I say is this even worth fighting for anymore and this is the sad part about the realization of where we are

Geez i just have a very hard time staying focused. I keep straying in thoughts. I can't keep staring at a picture of book titles so i look away, and there goes my mind on everything else instead. Lol. Unfortunately.
I've found it helpful to have my Bible handy, I turn to the scriptures that he talks about, and most of the times I can stay focused on what he is talking about
