Kenny; I think you have gone plumb crazy! Nice bob! I made a plumb bob a couple months ago, just grabbed a 3/4 inch nut out of my tool box and tied it on the end of a string. Worked great, but it don’t have the heirloom quality that yours has. If I gave mine to my son and told him to treasure it for ever, he would probably throw it at me! Thanks Ken!
ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. That's funny Frank. I too have made plumb bobs like that. They work great but don't look all that pretty. LOL. Thanks for tuning in to the show.
Thank you very much for the kind words on the show David. I'm often surprised at how much people enjoy the project that I bring each week. Thanks for tuning in.
Kenny, it amazes me how you continue to come up with great projects. This week’s project is no exception. I think I like this plumb bob better because it looks so unique. If you asked someone to explain or draw a plumb bob I would bet that it would no doubt be cylindrical. You definitely went outside the box on this one...great design.
Thanks for the kind words on the project Paul. I wanted to create something different that would be available to those who did not have a lathe. Hopefully, I succeeded. Thanks for tuning in and for taking the time to leave the kind words. I truly appreciate it.
Wow! Wonderful and useful plumb Bob. It is interesting to see all your videos from start to finish. You work very professionally, congratulations. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
You're very welcome Francisco. I'm glad that you enjoy the show. Thank you for tuning in and for taking the time to leave the kind words. I appreciate it.
There are so many old school tools out there that don't get used or get thrown out because no one understands their history. This is a perfect tool to pass through the generations. I hope it happens. Thanks for tuning in Doug. Great to hear from you.
