you have to hold backwards and jump but you also need to be in the exact pixel perfect position i am. if back and jump doesn't work you'll have to look up the tutorial
I stopped watching this after the first glitch you used on the covenant ship because to a real gamer like me doesn't consider it a true speed run when people use cheats and glitches, example of cheats: you don't take any damage from enemies.
....Huh? There's a bug in MCC where the first bullet you take sometimes doesn't visually show up on your shield but you still take damage. I'm not sure what you're referring to so I'm very confused sir.

Killing the marines makes it so you don't need to kill any covenant until the final area and can just drive to the end of the mission basically

You should pause the timer when you are in menu, because the game doesn't count the time passed in the menu
The timing for halo is kinda weird, some games the rules allow you to do that and some don't
