I love it when the band gets together for a jam session. This community is what keeps me sharing my videos. I will skate no matter what, but meetups like this and now 7-year friendships through these engagements with like-minded people make it worth the filming and editing. I had another session with Toni Loves Skateboarding the other day. No cameras, nothing great, just skating and good conversation. Keep shredding together guys.
I hope so, they felt a little strange at first on the bank but once I got going they started t feel doable. I think I need to try and take them to the mellow bank at Balderstone skatepark and I'd have a better chance of getting them. Then if I can land some there hopefully I can then take them to other banks. I also still want to give them more tries on flat too.
You crushed it in this session Matt, so close on that half cab flip too. Like you said always a good time together, here’s to a lot more sessions this year.
@amskateboards Definitely! In my last vid I skate indoors, also with a crew (both a first for me). This group - at least a part of it - looks like is kind of permanent extra to my skate-life from now on, so I really can relate to your good mood.
For not skating for a month you seemed to do fine to me. Your kickflips were really clicking on that bank. I miss sessions with the boys. Sometimes it's more fun to skate with people than by yourself. For me it varies. Sometimes skating alone can be good too.
Yeah I was shocked how well it went to be fair. I think having the boys there helped get me going. If it was a solo session I don't think I would have done as good. Hopefully you can get back skating soon but like I said in your video don't rush it, its best to wait an extra week and get more than rush and get little.
@amskateboards I've been doing a lot better surprisingly. Bending down with my knee barely hurts at all now. My kneecap may not move back into place the way it should be, but as long as there isn't any pain than it's all good. I strive for when I'm older to one day have a wife (maybe a kid or two) and be able to make time to skate with the boys.
That's good news but again (I'm sure you know though) don't over do it if the cap is not moving 100% right. At the same time though don't stop doing it as it will help the healing process. Hopefully, as you get older you'll be able to go and have sessions with your kids. That is something I would love but my kids ain't really into it. I tried to get them to skate but its not for them and I'm not going to push them into it. Maybe, one day they will change. I mean I didn't start till I was 15/16 the first time around. So there is still hope.
Badly need to hit up this park, looks great

Sessions like this is what skateboarding is all about.
@@amskateboards yes Sir.
Another great session. Your half cab flip is looking good. You’re going to start nailing those soon. 👊👍

Half cab flip and kickflip on bank were awesome. Also Kieran 5050 on the Hubba 🎉
Cheers dude. When Kieran said he wanted to get the 50 on the hubba again, I said I have to film this, it will make for a great ender.
Shredding with the boys nice! Looked like a great time you all fricken killed it!
Cheers Wes, it was a super time.
@ Looked like it brother!

We all crushed it. Can't wait for the next one. Lets hope the drier warmer weather is with us sooner than we think.
Awesome session boyz, keep shredding it!!!
Thanks dude 👍
Great skating guys! 👏
Cheers 👊👍
Loved the edit, looked like a lit sesh! Also nice flips on the bank!
It was lit. I was surprised how good I did give the time I had off the board. I think have the boys with me helped.
