- Realme has the worst customer service that I have experienced till now. I am never going to buy any realme products again. They do not provide service when products are in warranty. 💩 service

It's not only with realme .. I am using mi 4A, after 2 year usage the panel malfunctioned and the strange thing is panel cost you around 21k . All Chinese tv are low price and low quality.

Same thing happen with me so I registered a complaint against them on National consumer they will give you replacement and call you twice thrice a day for same

Yes, Realme finally repaired this TV after 2 months. It did not cost any money. Everything was done for free.

Don't buy realme tv after six months facing pannel problom,vertical lines on display it's not only my problem 80 % tv like this and services verry bad may be waiting two or three months for new pannal.

Maine Realme k 43inch 1080p panel ka price check Kia tha to 9000 dikha rha tha. Aapka 4k hai to aur bhi zada par sakta hai

Your tv may work for 10 years continuously even if u keep it on for 24 hrs or it may breakdown after 10 days even if u keep it on for 2 hrs.

I think you should have your TV checked once. If anything is wrong, it will be repaired as it is in warranty.

Senior team 12+ times,
Escalating team 7-8 Times,
I have send Mails, Twitte & website complaints but no service 😢....
Finally I have cal flipcart services they provide Refund November ending...

#1 Buying the Samsung, LG, Sony 40k above price go to the company's extended warenty (100% coverage).
#2 Rest of the company's TCL, MI, Hisens etc.... below 40-30k go to flipcart, Amazon 3rd party warentys...

If they don't take any action, then complain in consumer forum. They will then surely take some action.
After making video and complaining, they replaced my TV after 2 months.

Realme is a good Brand it's No. 2 in n India now, the problem with TVs, I feel is bad handling by their seller like Flipkart, they bounce, drag, throw the TVs thinking it's in good packing, but the TVs face stress, and hence may not work as expected, I have seen technicians drag TVs for about 50/75 meters till they reach your resd. I understand their customer service is under immense pressure regarding the same, Customer Service should accept every call and answer, As a brand Realme is good and economical in competetion with others.
Then the TVs should arrive dead, but that's not the case. Most of the TVs specially the 43inch works fine for the first few months and then they start malfunctioning. This is happening with many other people, not only with me.
