  • Having (only just) ticked of my first Ultra (UTA 50) earlier this year, I've decided to knuckle down and implement a slightly more structured training plan for my next event in November - The Kosci 50 by UTMB.
    So I got Chat GPT to whip me up a schedule and now I have 9 weeks to implement it and hopefully have a stronger, less painful race!

    Be careful trying to lose weight and gain performance this close to your race, the two are generally mutually exclusive training goals. Concentrate on good diet, injury prevention and getting the kms in. If you lose weight that's fine and a nice byproduct. Oh and remember to KICK ASS.
