Gangasagar travel experience | 2022 | Sagar Island, West Bengal
In this video we go for a morning walk before the sunrise at #Gangasagar. First we visit the Gangasagar beach where we take our time to enjoy the sunrise which was a great experience. After that we head towards the Kapik Muni temple and explore the area around the temple. Next we head towards the marketplace which is right next to the Kapil Muni Ashram and decide to have our breakfast at a local food joint. We had some delicious Petai Parathas there for the breakfast. After that we head back towards our hotel. While on the way we take our time to walk through the various small lanes and witness the enormous scale at which the preparation for the Gangasagar #Mela is taking place. It is a mammoth task to handle the logistics of such a huge crowd where lakhs of pilgrims will start arriving in a few days and thus the preparations are also being done at war-footing.
