LOL maaaaaaan, my daughter came early, so we were in the process of moving when she was born. lost the instructions and life has been a whirlwind since. she is 6 months old now and i barely used this because she liked to ROCK, not swing. i cannot BELIEVE i’m just now finding out this swivels! 😂😂😂 great video and congratulations on the baby!

Beautiful swing but alot of consumers say some of there swing models make horrible noises and had to return for a new one
I have problem that I plugged 12v adapter to, and now it's no light on, I tried battery as well but same result. Do you have any suggestions to turn back on? Thanks
How old was he when you started using the swing?
We started early but he was too small but now it's perfect, he's 8months!! Actually around 6months should be just right because now he's starting to fight it!!!

Hi!! See if it's balanced on the ground and also there is some noise that's normal. Best thing to do is call their customer service to rule out any defect, it may even be covered under warranty...let us know the outcome. We can search further if you need to..
Mine is kinda crooked !! I don’t have any idea why it won’t sit down completely 🤦🏾♂️
Check that metal base...either it's bent or maybe inserted backwards...if it's damaged you should be able to get replacement parts...let me know how it goes...

4 D batteries but you can also just plug it in to an outlet if you're not moving it..let us know if you have any other questions..
Can i use usb and wall adapter for this baby swing
I don't believe so ( I could be wrong). It came with just direct wall adapter no usb. You can use batteries.
