What if danzo was good.
Feel like many things would change- Orochimaru wouldn't have any support or leaf intel, no uchiha massacare, shisui would be alive, he would be there during the 9 tails attack perhaps even saving minato and kushina, he might be there during orochimarus attack as hiruzen's guard perhaps and save hiruzen's life perhaps, he woud be a kage level ninja and would take part in the 4th shinobi war.
Yes plz this is more interesting instead we could say danzo dies earlier

I mean the ending would be different, Naruto wasn't raised in Konoha, he won't have his dream of being Hokage, maybe he would still stay in Rain Village and help them as the way Nagato did, along with Konan, while Sasuke stays in Konoha and they still keep contact. Also, the two village will be companion and Sasuke acts as the messenger

(no offense) but how will sasuke be alive in season 1 if naruto was in the Akatsuki because like in the battle against haku he can die and even if he survives in that battle he can die in the battle against gaara so you didnt tell how will the events happen in season 1 if naruto is not there but tell me if I'm wrong
I mean team 7 is different and maybe Sasuke wasn't in team 7 anymore, Kakashi wơn't be the teacher of team 7 (because Naruto wasn't there to form the og team)

Naruto would be dead. They needed the 9 tails out of him which would’ve killed him. Assuming for whatever reason they didn’t need to take it out, Kurama wouldn’t have had any shred of respect for Naruto he would never share his power and would do anything he could to get unsealed and set free. Naruto also wouldn’t know Shadow clones if he left that early and didn’t have that falling out with Iruka to learn it. Lots of missed plots in this what if
