  • Nine First Team players visited Nottingham's largest independent food bank to prepare 300 food parcels and distribute them to those in need. The players also visited Radford Methodist Church which acts as a local community centre for people to collect food parcels and provides young people with a safe space to get off the streets and engage in activities.

Excellent work everyone, Himmah and other food banks do an amazing job to help the people struggling on a day to day basis. Thanks Nottingham Forest for the video and your contributions to helping such organisations.

Credit to Nuno Tavares. Mans probably depressed his careers falling apart but he’s still helping the club. Big up

It could definitely be worse! He’s at a premier league club I think he should be proud of himself. I’d even be proud to play below championship level lol.

Well done everyone involved with this, nothing makes me happier than seeing others help people they don’t even know. Restores my faith in man, but did you see Chris Wood, he was sticking them in 3 at a time…. 😜👍

Kudos to the club for highlighting the systemic injustices perpetrated by our corrupt Westminster duopoly. Tune in next week to see the physio team as they go on stretcher duty in Gaza. 👏

Food banks are so important. I still remember going on runs to collect food for a friend of mine who went through a 2 or 3 month period as a single mum of two who just couldn't afford general supplies. She's in a much better place now but you don't realise how difficult it can be until you see someone who, suddenly through no fault of their own, is out of work for a 2 month period and relies on these services to help them.

Not sure but they could have put a lot in for all you know. And if they had, and then posted about it, no doubt you'd have been one of those saying "They're only doing it for the publicity". Even if they haven't they could have sat at home and done nothing, but they didn't. Done much for these causes yourself have you?
