ऐसा जज कहां मिलेगा जब तक तीस्ता का ज़मानत नहीं दिया तब तक बेंच पर बेंच रात को छुट्टी के दिन दी ऐसा न्याय और ऐसा जज क्या करना

There has to be competitive exam for selection of judges from District court upwards. Let SC conduct such exam with provision for representation from bahujan

The SCI talked about the latest situation with no such coordination with our SCI BA, N Delhi with SCI Secretarial employees & our CJI Hon'ble Lordship Sri D Y Chandrachud was given documentary evidence unanimously such pending cases taking a large shape for debate & hearing. The Collegium Committee of the constitutional 4 CJs with our CJI have their administrative responsibilities for pending writs, petitions be taken for hearing. The Collegium appointed three CJs to dispose of the pending work. When such appeals were sought by our SCI to the Union Government for such listed names be sent for appointment of 3 CJs & central government constituent committee not responded accordingly.Now, today is the first day of 18 th parliamentarians for taking an oath of swearing. The judiciary has their vacations courts to work smoothly for their BAR & Jury to coordinate accordingly. Such three new appointments will make it some burdens be shared by them.
