How could you proudly justify the participation of Hazrat Aisha r.a. in Jang e Jamal? Even though Allah warned Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him in Surah Ahzab, verse 33, " O Prophet, tell your wives to STAY IN YOUR HOUSES and do not display yourselves as the women did in former times of ignorance.
Hazrat Aisha was the wife of Prophet Peace be upon him, why did she disobey Quran's orders by leaving her house and accompanying an army of rebels? Although Imam Ali a.s. sent letters to them mentioning his legitimate caliphate, people's oath of alliegance to him and his innocence in the death of Hazrat Usman r.a.
The bitter truth is that there was an immense hatred and jealousy in many people at that time for Imam Ali a.s. because he was closest to Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him and was his wali. He was to Prophet Peace be upon him, what Haroon was to Hazrat Moosa a.s. Imam Ali a.s.was Prophet Peace be upon him's brother by blood, his most faithful companion and the most pious, most knowledgeable, the best human being after Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him on earth.
People like this religious preacher would never understand Imam Ali a.s. and it would take them million lives to understand even a single virtue of Imam Ali a.s. I wish these people read Nahjul Balagha, the best book after Quran Sharief, which is the testimony of Imam Ali's faith, personality and knowledge, the knowledge that he got from the company of Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him.
