1. Agreement between both parties for the Sale.
2. Latest Jamabandi and Tatima of the property.
3. Consent from other owners of the property (if more than one owner)
4. Declaration from the owner that he wont become landless after this Sale.
5. Layout design of the property (in case of built-up).
6. Application form prescribed for Section-118.
