"Show me your friends and I'll show you your future." I love this quote, it has helped me really sift through my friend list.

Live Free with Caleb D. They really don’t! It depends on your mindset! I’m friends with people who aren’t on the same journey as I am. I only deal with them sparingly. Once I set my mind on a mission, I don’t want to hear anything anyone has to say.

@@arleneaugustahair8393 My question to you now is are they friends or acquaintances?

@@arleneaugustahair8393 But I think you also need friends you respect and trust enough that you'll listen to and heed their advice, even when it challenges the decisions you've made.

Say man, I’ve always been the one to refuse the saying “show me your circle and I’ll show you your future” but now that I’m going sober I see that my ambitions are coming back, and I can’t say the same for my friends. I guess we’ve been stuck in a smoking loop. Planning great things and never actually taking the first step for those plans, just smoke talk. I’ve tried convincing him to go sober too, but it was like talking to a wall. Sadly I realized that the only way for him snap out of it is to see for himself. Best thing I can do is care for my boy from a distance, and pray the homie wakes up and can join me on greatness. Thank you for opening my eyes and mind bro, nothing but striving for the best life and sobriety from now on. Much love brother.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,615 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I was in a band and they kept promising me paid work and it would never happen.they’d also stand me up. For another audition with their friend.they promised us to play a performance dedicated to me inviting all my friends and family. Tried so hard to organise it and one day before they cancelled a non existent gig. I even made flyers and invited people from the industry . They don’t ever want me to prosper . It’s not fair

Thanks, I needed to hear that but, some times you have to be careful who you let in our circle. Beware.

Beyond True! I recently asked a long time friend to refer me to her bank to be able to set up my own account and gain some of the great interest rates. She told me No and didn’t even look into it. I would’ve loved to assist her if she’d asked in return. We’re not friends any longer due to this, over something so simple that would’ve taken 10 min or less! I feel like people can be great at receiving and deflect to give-

Kane Cierra I helped my friend get an account at my bank. I walked through the entire process with her. It wasn’t as if you were going to be linked to her account. She could have easily helped you! Once you get the account, it’s on you to manage it! She didn’t want to see you prosper and I hate those types of friends.

Yes! My only issue is from people that act like your friend but they're not really your friends trying to pitch in about your life. Dont be a half-a-- friend and expect me to listen to you. That's not from love. When I really need you, you are not there.. but when I'm doing something wrong you're the first to criticize.

Thank you for this great video on this topic. I feel as though the people I once knew are no longer the same guys I met in elementary. And I can’t just not hang out with them because of how attached I am with them, I don’t know what to do.

Hey AO really enjoyed this video! Hey could you make a video on how to build discipline in our lives as millennials, or how to combat laziness? I've personally been struggling with this. Thanks for your guidance AO!

Victor Bryan I try to tell single women this ALL the time. Then they hit me with the, “ How is he suppose to know I’m wifey material?” Um 😐 you’re not until you actually become a wife. 🥴🥴🥴😩😩😩🤣🤣🤣
