Ï seriously don't understand why people keep saying its black face. It's a cosplay of a character with darker skin tone, just like how they painted their skin pink and green for certain characters, they just used a darker shade of foundation to match a certain character. I would be angry as well if they painted their skin black unnecessary in order to offend or make fun of black people but this is Literally cosplay, people paint their skin /hair for cosplay all the time so what makes it offensive?
So they have Sound Of Your Heart be referenced whilst having an actor from Sound Of Your Heart Reboot playing the part of Woody? Wait no yeah that makes sense considerin' they've broke kayfabe before.

I can't wait for the day that Korea gives up on darkening themselves to portray darker-skinned characters. IDK if we can call this blackface, since it's a darker-skinned Korean character, but it might as well be. It's hella disturbing.
I am unendingly dissapointed and disgusted at the use of blackface in this skit. It is 2019 people can no longer claim ignorance that doing blackface is offensive. Even if Korea is less racially diverse there has been plenty of exposure and backlash against such actions in public media that it is no little known fact that doing blackface is wrong. Viewers please take action and dislike and report the video until TH-cam or KBS takes down the video. I sincerely hope KBS finally learns their lesson and apologizes for their gross misdeeds.
