    Meadows was a fan of pumping blood into the muscle then stretching it, a nice super set could be pushdowns into overhead extensions

    My favorite body part to train is the triceps, not because I like a huge triceps, that too but I also like the exercises I do and the feel I get with it.
    My least favorite is the quads, ohh man my quads just h u r t so much if I give it the true go and takes almost 5-6 days to get back to normal, hence why saturday is leg day.

    i follow you and your guides for more than 1 year now and on skull crushers and close grip i got a questione.. i really dont feel that much the pump or contraction of the tricep like indo on rope pushdown or dips.. is it normal i mean.. even after 25-40 kilos of skull crusher my tricep isnt even that sore.. i do it as a secondary exercise after capbles or ropes. not sure if im doing it wrong or this is how it supposed to work

    • @Bluextra.
      @Bluextra. ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Soreness is an indicator of a new stimulus. If you have been training your triceps at least twice a week for a while now it is normal to have no soreness at all.
      Adressing the pump. Skullcrushers and close grip bench are no conpetence agains pushdowns and dips in terms of pumping the muscle, but the stimulus is a different thing.
      The pump is not a good indicator of how much stimulus the muscle gets, so don't worry about it.

    I've got a question the ez bar in our gym used for skull crusher isn't seem to be optimal it's way more curvy than natural and is hard to grip..... So can i use straight bar for skull crusher instead of ez bar or will it put less emphasise on my triceps?

    • @popcornto6032
      @popcornto6032 ปีที่แล้ว

      You could just use Dumbbells.
      Neutral Grip is actually even more Triceps focused and allows more Range of Motion.
