They are a fallen giant in european football, now facing a 7th year in the german second division by being close to promotion every year with not being lower than 5th. Also they have a frienship with Rangers. Would love to see some european football back in Hamburg after more than a decade!

They qualified for the 2008-09 UEFA Cup and got drawn in the same group as PSG (they got a 2-2 draw) and Manchester City (they beat them here in Santander 3-1) and got grouped by a goal (+2 for PSG, +1 for Racing). In 2012, they got relegated to the Second Division and have been alternating between the 3rd and the 2nd Division without any options of returning to LaLiga. They're currently fighting for the 6th place which grants them access to the Play-off to LaLiga in Segunda División. It would be incredible if you made them win the UCL. Jarrad you and cani need to do a career mode rebuild challenge you guys start with the same team in league 2 with a 10 mill budget and the team with the most trophies in season 10 wins but if you guys sign the same player you need to release them I think it will be fun

I'm currently on Season 7 of this rebuild, and looking good to complete the objective by season 9. Would love to see your take on this! Cheers
