I came to this video on accident looking for something else. But I saw this guy, Never heard of him in my life. Never on tv, never from anybody else. With his hair and his gold teeth, and I thought "This is probably gonna be hilarious. I play music, the heaviest of heavy metal you will ever likely come across.....I just got home, I have the time to watch the first chorus, Let's see what passes for good music these days in this community." It started, it sounded a little bit funny, kind of high pitched, and I kind of smiled and put my hand to my forehead for a quick second...then I sat there and watched that whole song. And was surprisingly impressed. Especially with the odd times where he starts singing at unexpected points, and the band all had their shit down too. I am ashamed that I judged so quickly and incorrectly about this band's, in particular the singer's, skill based on the way they looked. Hopefully next time I will be more willing to kind of wait till I hear them play something. But we will see? In my defense, I am usually right. But not this time. They did that song well. So I figured I would show it some recognition.
