Thank you for your video. I was stuck downtown with this problem. I open the dash with a simple multi tool and was able to get back home with a temporary fix and the bushing replaced the next day … $3 at the dealer. I can imagine how much $$$ I saved.
By the way, do you think removing all this various panels would be something that a 68 y-o-female will be able to manage...not sure how much arm muscle needed to pull those panels off! The swapping out of the bushing looked easy though! I got the last bushing in stock at my Toyota parts dept in van nuys, CA.
That $3 part fell while trying to put it on the fkn van ate it nowhere to be found....oh shit you got it with ease it wouldn't go for me tried 40 times til it fell wtf

Hi, I own a 2004 Toyota Sienna AWD LE, would this work for that year and model? The gear is stuck in Reverse. So, I cannot power on my Sienna at all!

My Sienna 2008 the bushing broke off, won't shift. That's what I'm going to fix it, thanks for letting us know that issue..
