Eto ang isa sa mga ganap na parang tunay na. 4 yrs nang nakaraan pero ramdam ko p rin ang poem ni Meng. Naniniwala pa rin ako na kung para cla sa isat isa panahon nlng ang makapagsasabi. Maine's so brave to show her soft, vulnerable side when it comes to love. Alden clearly has mutual feeling towards Maine, but his busy schedules cannot compensate yet the time for Maine. Maine's unsure with Alden bcoz of these. She knows what Alden's goal since before, so she feels like baka di pa ready magcommit si Alden. But this poem, it will set her free... At least in that poem she already poured everything out without holding anything back. Now it's turn for Alden to secure her. If he really wants Maine "forever"; he must make her feel really secure that all these are real. Or else... I love her bravery. And I understand Alden's side too. haysss..

+Heneve Mae I think Alden knows that because of his numerous commitments, he couldn't give yet the time that he said he would give to the girl he loves. I'm sure privately he already said what he feels towards Maine but simply couldn't push through because he simply doesn't have the time.
+Jade Tagab The problem is that Alden is contractually obligated with GMA. There is simply no way for him to get out of it no matter how badly he wanted to spend time with Maine. On the other hand, Maine only has EB that's occupying her time. Forget about TVCs because both she and Alden are about even on that. Alden has to go to all Kapuso shows local and abroad. Promote his shows whenever and wherever GMA sees it fit. If not for the backlash that would result, GMA would have long pulled out Alden from EB so he can concentrate on GMA projects. Remember Alden was supposed to be on EB only for a month while waiting for his new shows to start but as fate would have it KS happens and the rest as they say is history. Eventually, GMA has to start giving Alden projects with our without Maine to recover what they already invested in Alden.

You can tell that Maine is nervous about her piece. Not because of the thoughts na baka hindi magustuhan ni Alden kundi dahil totoo ang laman nuon. Sabi nga niya before nya binasa ang tula, "Totoo to, ah!" Kahit si Bossing, nakikinig talaga sya all throughout sa pagbabasa ni Maine. Makikita mong after basahin ni Maine ang tula, umayos ng upo si Bossing at parang bumuga ng hangin. Alam kong ramdam din yun ni Alden. After she read the piece, Alden stayed unmoving on his seat for a couple of seconds before standing up to hug her. I can tell that he's whispering something to Maine while Maine is also saying something which is inaudible kasi walang mike. The piece she wrote is genuine. It's like she's baring herself in front of Alden, pouring her heart out through her piece. The doubts, the uncertainty and even how other people sees Alden's treatment to Maine as not enough for her cause she deserves better. I remember few days before this, marami akong nababasa na nagsasabing sana makahanap si Maine nang totoong lalakeng magmamahal sa kanya hence her line na, *"Sabi ng iba ay hindi ikaw ang karapat-dapat, humanap daw ako ng iibig sa akin ng sapat." "Pero sino ba sila para magdikta kung sino ang nararapat?"* When Joey told RJ to show his feelings, "Gumalaw ka", I can see the hesitation in his action. Maybe he tried to control his feelings or he may be afraid that he might also pour out everything on the spot. But when he kissed her cheek, I can't help but just to go "Aww". That kiss was simple yet sincere. Gentle. Though pinutol agad yun ni Maine. But I can tell that RJ poured out his feelings through that kiss. Bossing and Joey seems worried about something. Baka worried sila kasi alam nilang priority talaga ni Alden ang showbiz muna. Baka worried sila na mafall talaga si Maine. Nandoon ang worry at sincerity sa mata nila. Writing a poem for someone means so much. If someone writes a piece specially for you, it means you're important for him/her. It takes a lot of courage to write something for someone and even reading it in front of the reciever. I've been trying to find this video ngayon ko lang talaga nakita.

Bossing and Joey's reaction, they know something. Alam kong alam nila ung struggle ni alden, while wally's and Paolo's reaction knows maine's struggle. I think something is really keeping this two, I don't know what pero bakas kina Vic and Joey na prang concerned and worried na sila sa dalawa. Sympathy of not having most of their time together, commitments siguro sa mga kanya knyang trabaho. Alden was trying his best to contain himself nung bumusina ung truck, when Joey urges him to show his feelings, all hell break loose, the freeze no longer matter. He kissed her, a chaste but lingering kiss on her cheek,he poured his unspoken feelings on that one kiss. Another wall was broken, if he would only be given a choice I know he'll choose to always just stay with her, but both of them are professionals in terms of their careers. Ganun naman tlaga... lalo na sa mga magkarelasyon na parehas may work at magkaiba ng sched, there were times gusto nyo together but it can't happen kasi may commitment kau sa work and may contract un, sa opisina nga any unfiled leaves will lead to a written warning and five incidents of these will lead to termination. mahirap tlaga pag oras ang kalaban, but a relationship always requires two adults, because adults have more understanding and patience due to maturity levels. Tiwala lang, I strongly suggest that in the future, they just lie low in show business, maybe a show or two, eat bulaga na lang ang something else, tas ung mga mall shows and such at least once a month n lng siguro. Mas ok kung magnegosyo n dn sila for a possible fallback when the time comes they're no longer in the limelight. Showbiz may promise a quick way to fortune because of fame, but it's also the most unstable career. Show business is not always there for you, the people around you will, family, friends and special someone. Kaya dapat, invest most of your time with them rather than work, work is always replaceable, important people in your lives are not.
very well said, TVJ are fatherly towards Alden and Maine.They have felt their struggles.He is busy, barely have time to sleep. Maybe she is not as busy as him and she needed time from Alden. How can Alden do that this time? I think EB dabarkads are very concern of this two on how they can handle the pressure considering that they are in love, very much in love! But their work , is the greatest hindrance of that love. If only, they are just like any love team who are always together at work almost everyday. Saklap, they only see each other during shootings, during KS if the plot allows them to meet at madami pa tao around them no privacy, no heart to heart talk. How I wish Alden wud sacrifice one show per month just to be with her, know each other very well. They are so pure, so genuine but they needed time for their love to grow. It is only the commitment that is left hanging, once they commit, the struggles would be so hard.

+Gem Cham The problem lies in their respective managements. Alden is GMA while Maine is APT. What does it mean? Because of this KS, GMA can't move Alden on to other projects with another ka-LT. So what happens is there will be no project for Alden in GMA where he could be paired with another GMA talent but their hands are tied either since they can't pair him with Maine unless APT made her a GMA artist which is not quite happening. But sooner or later they have to make projects for Alden with or without Maine as his contract with GMA will expire eventually. GMA, as a business, of course wants to get their investment on Alden back. Can't blame Alden though since as you've said, he's contracted with GMA so he has to do what he is obligated to under that contract and that includes those mall shows and appearances whose number has gone insane since Aldub.

I love Maine's poem. She's being true to herself. And she's so brave to do that on TV. I was hoping Alden would say something more than Thank You -- a little assurance perhaps? Pero ngayon ko lang natitigan sina Vic at Joey. Napakaseryoso pala nila habang binabasa ni Maine yung poem nya. Feeling ko pa parang galit e. Parang ramdam nila yung totoong nararamdaman ni Maine. 2020 and still crying and hurting on this episode. This is in fact one KS best episodes. I can clearly remember how my heart aches for Maine upon listening to her reading the poem to Alden. At ngayon pinanuod ko ulit, andun pa din yung same level ng sakit. Holding back what you feel to someone when you know what your heart really feels because of uncertainty and fear of not being reciprocated, or loved back, for me, is one of the most painful things one could ever endure in his/her heart. MaiDen is a perfect representation of “Pinagtagpo, pero di itinadhana.”
Truly a heartbreak to millions of fans.

Maine's so brave to show her soft, vulnerable side when it comes to love. Alden clearly has mutual feeling towards Maine, but his busy schedules cannot compensate yet the time for Maine. Maine's unsure with Alden bcoz of these. She knows what Alden's goal since before, so she feels like baka di pa ready magcommit si Alden. But this poem, it will set her free... At least in that poem she already poured everything out without holding anything back. Now it's turn for Alden to secure her. If he really wants Maine "forever"; he must make her feel really secure that all these are real. Or else... I love her bravery. And I understand Alden's side too. haysss..

+Jade Tagab The problem is that Alden is contractually obligated with GMA. There is simply no way for him to get out of it no matter how badly he wanted to spend time with Maine. On the other hand, Maine only has EB that's occupying her time. Forget about TVCs because both she and Alden are about even on that. Alden has to go to all Kapuso shows local and abroad. Promote his shows whenever and wherever GMA sees it fit. If not for the backlash that would result, GMA would have long pulled out Alden from EB so he can concentrate on GMA projects. Remember Alden was supposed to be on EB only for a month while waiting for his new shows to start but as fate would have it KS happens and the rest as they say is history. Eventually, GMA has to start giving Alden projects with our without Maine to recover what they already invested in Alden.

You can tell that Maine is nervous about her piece. Not because of the thoughts na baka hindi magustuhan ni Alden kundi dahil totoo ang laman nuon. Sabi nga niya before nya binasa ang tula, "Totoo to, ah!" Kahit si Bossing, nakikinig talaga sya all throughout sa pagbabasa ni Maine. Makikita mong after basahin ni Maine ang tula, umayos ng upo si Bossing at parang bumuga ng hangin. Alam kong ramdam din yun ni Alden. After she read the piece, Alden stayed unmoving on his seat for a couple of seconds before standing up to hug her. I can tell that he's whispering something to Maine while Maine is also saying something which is inaudible kasi walang mike. The piece she wrote is genuine. It's like she's baring herself in front of Alden, pouring her heart out through her piece. The doubts, the uncertainty and even how other people sees Alden's treatment to Maine as not enough for her cause she deserves better. I remember few days before this, marami akong nababasa na nagsasabing sana makahanap si Maine nang totoong lalakeng magmamahal sa kanya hence her line na, *"Sabi ng iba ay hindi ikaw ang karapat-dapat, humanap daw ako ng iibig sa akin ng sapat." "Pero sino ba sila para magdikta kung sino ang nararapat?"*
When Joey told RJ to show his feelings, "Gumalaw ka", I can see the hesitation in his action. Maybe he tried to control his feelings or he may be afraid that he might also pour out everything on the spot. But when he kissed her cheek, I can't help but just to go "Aww". That kiss was simple yet sincere. Gentle. Though pinutol agad yun ni Maine. But I can tell that RJ poured out his feelings through that kiss.
Bossing and Joey seems worried about something. Baka worried sila kasi alam nilang priority talaga ni Alden ang showbiz muna. Baka worried sila na mafall talaga si Maine. Nandoon ang worry at sincerity sa mata nila.
Writing a poem for someone means so much. If someone writes a piece specially for you, it means you're important for him/her. It takes a lot of courage to write something for someone and even reading it in front of the reciever.

Bossing and Joey's reaction, they know something. Alam kong alam nila ung struggle ni alden, while wally's and Paolo's reaction knows maine's struggle. I think something is really keeping this two, I don't know what pero bakas kina Vic and Joey na prang concerned and worried na sila sa dalawa. Sympathy of not having most of their time together, commitments siguro sa mga kanya knyang trabaho. Alden was trying his best to contain himself nung bumusina ung truck, when Joey urges him to show his feelings, all hell break loose, the freeze no longer matter. He kissed her, a chaste but lingering kiss on her cheek,he poured his unspoken feelings on that one kiss. Another wall was broken, if he would only be given a choice I know he'll choose to always just stay with her, but both of them are professionals in terms of their careers. Ganun naman tlaga... lalo na sa mga magkarelasyon na parehas may work at magkaiba ng sched, there were times gusto nyo together but it can't happen kasi may commitment kau sa work and may contract un, sa opisina nga any unfiled leaves will lead to a written warning and five incidents of these will lead to termination. mahirap tlaga pag oras ang kalaban, but a relationship always requires two adults, because adults have more understanding and patience due to maturity levels.
Tiwala lang, I strongly suggest that in the future, they just lie low in show business, maybe a show or two, eat bulaga na lang ang something else, tas ung mga mall shows and such at least once a month n lng siguro. Mas ok kung magnegosyo n dn sila for a possible fallback when the time comes they're no longer in the limelight. Showbiz may promise a quick way to fortune because of fame, but it's also the most unstable career. Show business is not always there for you, the people around you will, family, friends and special someone. Kaya dapat, invest most of your time with them rather than work, work is always replaceable, important people in your lives are not.

I think EB dabarkads are very concern of this two on how they can handle the pressure considering that they are in love, very much in love!
But their work , is the greatest hindrance of that love. If only, they are just like any love team who are always together at work almost everyday.
Saklap, they only see each other during shootings, during KS if the plot allows them to meet at madami pa tao around them no privacy, no heart to heart talk. How I wish Alden wud sacrifice one show per month just to be with her, know each other very well. They are so pure, so genuine but they needed time for their love to grow.

+Gem Cham The problem lies in their respective managements. Alden is GMA while Maine is APT. What does it mean? Because of this KS, GMA can't move Alden on to other projects with another ka-LT. So what happens is there will be no project for Alden in GMA where he could be paired with another GMA talent but their hands are tied either since they can't pair him with Maine unless APT made her a GMA artist which is not quite happening. But sooner or later they have to make projects for Alden with or without Maine as his contract with GMA will expire eventually. GMA, as a business, of course wants to get their investment on Alden back. Can't blame Alden though since as you've said, he's contracted with GMA so he has to do what he is obligated to under that contract and that includes those mall shows and appearances whose number has gone insane since Aldub.

Naiyak ako sa totoo lang. Ang ganda ng poem ni Maine. Totoo ang mga sinabi nya dito, I feel it kaya nga naiyak ako. May naalala tuloy ako sa isang issue na lumabas kamakailan lang, parang last week yata yon. The issue was about yong sinabi yata kay ND na hindi daw nababagay si Alden kay Maine, dahil hindi raw eto nakapag tapos ng pag aaral. Dapat daw ay humanap na lang si Maine ng iba. Meaning na totoong sinabi ng taong eto kay ND at narinig seguro ni Maine kaya naisama nya eto sa kanyang sulat para kay Alden. Matagal na pala etong issue na eto, 2016 pa. E reviewed nyo na lang kung saan binasa eto ni Maine. Pinag walang bahala ko lang eto noon kasi akala ko ay biro lang. Kaya pala sa ending hindi Divina ang tawag ni Lola Nidora, kundi Maine. My sincere thought and thanks sa nag upload nito.
