The pillar name is "Plain Pillar", and how I put two curtains is I used a door outline or a window online and I was able to add two curtains on each side. Hopefully this helps?
You could find it in the electronics section in decorate. There is a speaker with a plus in a corner you click on it, and then you will find the receiver. Hopefully, this helps!
You will have to select the pillar, and then you will be able to place it down. It is different if you have advanced placement or if you don't. Hopefully, this helps?

You have to add the wide garage door frame found in the door category, and you would be able to add a curtain. Hopefully, this helps?

All of it will cost about 27k and some bloxbux for the jacuzzi.
